Immediately connecting, they began discussions on how Matt could engineer Chucks’ 30 years of sales management experience and sales planning into an app.
Chuck had developed a boardroom/whiteboard strategy for territory planning that had been delivered to 100's of professional sales organizations, but it lacked a software solution.
Matt being a seasoned project director for SalesForce implementations, was immediately intrigued and a cooperative was quickly formed.
Shortly thereafter Alasdair (Ali) PhD, joined as a partner and began developing a software app solution.
The net result has been an innovative representation of a well proven sales territory planning and strategy system. It is cloud based, applies simple to use strategies and tactics, and will be offered worldwide to the sales community.
